Who
The PWC Orlando Guided Excursion Xperience Certificate® is for one participant and their guest(s).

Guests
You may invite up to two additional guests to join you for a total of three participants, riding on one jetski. The maximum combined weight of the participants may not exceed 400lbs.

When
The PWC Orlando Guided Excursion Experience is offered seven days a week year-round subject to availability. Tours are offered from 9:00 AM and free rides are offered at 10:00 11:00AM, 1:00PM, 2:00PM, 3:00PM and 4:00 PM.

The Free Ride allows participants to ride on their own in a buoyed off area about the size of three football fields under guided supervision.

Duration
The PWC Orlando Guided Excursion Experience has 10 to 15 minute orientation, a tour length of 1 hour and a total duration of approximately 1½ hours.

Weather
The PWC Orlando Guided Excursion Experience may be cancelled by the Guide due to lightning, high winds or heavy rain.

What to wear
Dress comfortably in swimwear. Sun glasses and sunscreen as well as a change of clothing is recommended.

Additional Information
As your safety is priority, initial rider training and orientation is completed with instructors who will teach fundamental handling and safety. Participants must be at least 16 years of age. Individuals must weigh between 100 and 260lbs and the maximum combined weight of the participants may not exceed 400lbs. Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Lifejackets are provided and must be worn at all times. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered unsafe conditions are not eligible to participate. Participants must bring a photo I.D. with them at time of check in and credit card is required to be held as a damage deposit.

Gratuities are not included but are greatly appreciated and may be offered at the end of the event.

Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form. Minors under the age of 18 must have an adult present to sign waivers prior to departing on your trip.

Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations for the PWC Orlando Guided Excursion Experience require seven (7) days advance notice.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
