Imagine the thrill of a 30-minute Aerobatic Flight in an Extra 300, the finest certified aerobatic airplane in the world! This amazing airborne adventure takes place an hour west of Chicago at the Aurora Municipal Airport where you will meet with your Certified Pilot. As wild or mild as you like; your Pilot will take you on the ride of your life and even let you take the controls yourself! Loops, spins, rolls, and more await you on this aerobatic adventure. Before your flight, you will participate in a Pre-Flight Instruction where you and your pilot will go over all pre-flight safety and emergency procedures. After the Pilot straps you into the 5-point harness, and hops into the backseat right behind you, it is time to taxi to the runway for takeoff. Moments later the earth will quickly start to disappear from beneath you and the real fun of this ultimate flying experience begins.
Participation is limited to individuals weighing less than 250lbs, who are at least 4'0 feet tall and less than 6’2” tall and over 18 years of age. Participants are advised to be well rested for the flight. Please avoid drinking alcohol 24 hours prior to the scheduled experience. Motion sickness is possible but unlikely and can be reduced by avoiding heavy meal(s) prior to the scheduled flight. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered unsafe conditions are not eligible to participate. Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form.

Chicago Aerobatic Airplane Ride
Because of weather conditions, of high winds, my flight was rescheduled for a later date and the last flight of the day. I was disappointed that I had to wait for my flight but it turns out that a sunset ride is the best time of the day. I got to see a beautiful sunset up right and up side down! The pilot did everything to make my ride fun and enjoyable. He always gave me the option to keep it mild or spice it up, and we did spice it up to the maximum of 8 G’s and what a thrill that was. No one would be disappointed in this great adventure with a professional group.

Question: The information say that if the person choses to fly the airplane themselves..... how much of the flight (an extended flight) does the person get to fly themselves?
Answer: The Aerobatic Airplane Ride Chicago Experience includes a pre-flight briefing, has a flight time of 30 minutes (unless the Extended Flight Option is selected) and a total duration of approximately 2 hours. While in the air, the participant will be able to fly the plane for approximately 60 to 80% of the flight depending upon their comfort level.
Question: Please tell me about the video. Is it pre-recorded or will it be an in-fligth with pictures of the guest.
Answer: The video option for the Aerobatic Airplane Ride Chicago is recorded in flight. Participants with the video package will receive a video of the 40 Minute Chicago Aerobatic Airplane Ride on a USB drive to take home and share with friends and family.
