You and your guest may choose from four delicious Athens Food Tours: Prince Avenue, Downtown, the Farmer's Market or Thirsty Thursday Tour. Each of these sightseeing food tours provides you with the opportunity to learn about the neighborhoods history, unique culture and artistic influences as well as its' gastronomic gems.

So whether you are looking for fun things to do in Georgia or for a unique gift, this Athens Food Tour is perfect experience gift!

Who
The Athens Food Tasting Tour Xperience Certificate® is for two participants. There will be additional participants on the tour.

Guests
This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests.

When
The Athens Food Tasting Tour Experience is offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays year-round, subject to availability.

Prince Avenue Tours are offerd Mondays from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

Downtown Tours are offered Saturdays from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, excluding UGA home football game days, Sundays from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Tuesdays from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Farmer's Market Tours are offered Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Tuesday evenings from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, May to September.

Thirsty Thursday Tours are offered once a month on the last Thursday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Duration
The Athens Food Tasting Tour Experience has a tour length of 3 hours and a total duration of approximately 3¼ hours.

Weather
The Athens Food Tasting Tour Experience takes place in all weather conditions.

What to wear
Dress comfortably. Flat rubber-soled walking shoes are recommended for this culinary adventure.

Additional Information
Tours typically include 1 to 1½ miles of walking. There are typically five to six stops for tastings, and enough food is offered that, for most, a meal afterwards is not needed. Participants should bring spending money as they will have the opportunity to purchase additional food, beverages, gifts and souvenirs on the tour.

Gratuities for your tour guide are not included but are greatly appreciated and may be offered at the end of the event.

Specific stops on the tour are subject to change.
