Aerial yoga is a unique class blending yoga and aerial work. Yoga poses are practiced in, around and supported by a fabric hammock. Easily adaptable to any fitness level, aerial yoga can be a gentle and restorative; plus, it can also be tailored to the more advanced practitioner looking to deepen and explore poses in a new way.

Swing, fly, flip, roll - this Texas Aerial Yoga Class is sure to provide you with a thrilling new twist to your practice and makes the perfect unique experience gift!

Who
The Austin Aerial Yoga Lesson Xperience Certificate® is for one participant. This is a private class.

Guests
You may invite up to two guests to join you for the class.

When
The Aerial Arts Class is offered seven days a week year-round, subject to availability. Classes can typically be scheduled between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Duration
The Aerial Yoga Classes have a length of 1 hour and a total duration of approximately 1¼ hours, unless the Extended Class Option is selected.

Weather
The Austin Aerial Class take place in all weather condidtions.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, socks and athletic gear are recommended for this indoor trapeze class. Participants should wear shirts that cover the armpit and stomach fully as well as pants that are easy to move in, but that cover the backs of the knees.

Additional Information
Participants of all ages and any fitness level can enjoy the Aerial Class.

Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered unsafe conditions are not eligible to participate.

Participants should arrive for their reservation well hydrated and bring a yoga mat and full water bottle. Participants should not eat an hour pior to the class.

Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations for the Austin Aerial Yoga Experience require seven (7) days advance notice.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
