Question: I would like to buy this Chicago Tour as a gift for a friend. They don't have much experience riding a bike. Does the tour take place on the City Streets where there are cars?

Answer: Participants will not be biking on the Streets of Chicago. Each Bike Tour begins with a safety discussion and the route takes place on paths, trails, and sidewalks. Participants are also provided helmets and evening tour participants will also be outfitted with reflective vests and safety lights.

Question: My husband and I received this Chicago Bike Tour as a Christmas gift. Can you please let me know what is included and if there is any thing that you suggest we bring?

Answer: The experience certificate for this Bike Tour includes the use of a comfort bike, helmet, a bottle of water, and a light snack. Participants should bring a camera as there will be a lot of photo opportunities on tour, wear seasonally appropriate clothing (not too loose) and closed-toe shoes. Additional recommended items include sunscreen, sunglasses, and gloves.
