Enjoy a culinary adventure as you learn cooking skills and techniques in the beauty of the downeast Maine coast and Atlantic Canada. Classes are held on a unique 150 acre blueberry farm perched above Passamaquoddy Bay, with 180 degree views of Deer Island and St. Andrews, New Brunswick.

Featuring the freshest hand ingredients, create a wonderfully unique lunch or dinner. Menus consist of classic and newly unpublished recipes. The vegetables, fruits, grains, eggs, nuts and more are personally shopped for from the very best local markets. After learning to prepare and cook a delicious meal, sit down and enjoy the creations.

Who
The Blueberry Point Culinary Class Xperience Certificate® is for one participant. You will be joined by additional participants in the class.

Guests
This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests.

When
The Blueberry Point Culinary Class Experience is offered on select Saturday evenings July thru September. Classes are subject to availability.

Duration
The Blueberry Point Culinary Class Experience has a class time of 3 hours and a total duration of approximately 3½ hours.

Weather
The Blueberry Point Culinary Class Experience takes place in all weather conditions.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes are recommended for this culinary adventure. Please do not wear open-toed shoes or nylons.

Additional Information
Classes are taught by Chef Audrey Patterson who has spent 25 years creating original recipes for her restaurants in Vermont and Connecticut. The Patterson’s hotel in Chester, Vermont, was a gathering place for discerning diners from all over New England and was featured in “Vermont Life” and “Country Inns and Backroads”.

The Pantry, the gourmet food emporium in Washington, Connecticut, provided fine catered dinners as well as a full range of take out meals, soups, desserts and breads. The Pantry’s original recipes were featured in “Connecticut Magazine” and in “Gourmet”.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
