Have you ever wanted to brew your own beer? Well, now you can be your own Brewmaster and learn to make and bottle your own beer!

This Beer Making Class in Brooklyn begins as you learn about extract brewing, malts, grains and yeasts. You will also learn how to avoid the most common problems home brewmasters face and troubleshoot a home brew batch. Your Instructor will provide you and your guest with all of the reference materials you'll need to learn how to make the perfect beer. Plus, throughout the class you will enjoy home brew samples for tasting.

This unique Brooklyn Beer Experience is the perfect way to learn about beer and makes an unique gift for any beer enthusiast.

Who
The Brooklyn Beer Making Workshop Xperience Certificate® is for two participants. You will be joined by additional participants in the class.

Guests
This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests.

When
The Brooklyn Beer Making Workshop Experience is offered select Wednesday evenings and Saturday afternoons year-round, subject to availability. Wednesday workshops typically begin at 6:30pm and Saturday workshops typically begin at 1:30pm.

Duration
The Brooklyn Beer Making Workshop Experience has a class length of approximately 2 hours and a total duration of approximately 2¼ hours.

Weather
The Brooklyn Beer Making Workshop Experience takes place in all weather conditions.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes are recommended for this culinary adventure. Flip-flops, high heels and dress-shoes are not recommended.

Additional Information
The Beer Making Workshop is run by City Brewshop who offers classes and supplies for both the beginner and advanced brewers. Starter kits are available for purchase following the class.

This experience includes beer tasting as a part of the experience. Participants must be 21 years of age or older and should be under no legal or medical restriction which would limit their right or ability to participate in beer tasting.
