Discover what rock climbing is all about in this 4-hour clinic designed for the beginning rock climber. Your experience will begin with a short gear and safety lesson to get you acquainted with the equipment. Then expert climbing instructors will teach you basic rock climbing safety, climbing knots, climbing commands, basic top roping techniques, rope management and an overview of the climbing rating system, and of course, get you on a lot of climbs.

WHEN
The Castle Rock Climbing Adventure Experience is offered two to three times per month, subject to availability. Clinics are typically offered from 9:30 AM until 1:30 PM. |

The Castle Rock Climbing Adventure Experience has a clinic time of 4 hours and a total experience time of approximately 4˝ hours. |

GUESTS
You may invite guests to watch the clinic at the park. |

WEATHER
The Castle Rock Climbing Adventure Experience may be cancelled by the Instructor due to high winds, heavy rain, fog or other inclement weather. |

Please wear flexible and comfortable clothing appropriate for the outdoors. |

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
No climbing experience is necessary. All gear: climbing harness, climbing shoes, carabiners, ropes, webbing, cord, belay devices, etc is provided for the lesson. All Instructors are experienced climbers. Instructors are with the students at all times.
Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form. If the participant is under the age of 18 a parent or guardian will need to sign the form prior to participation. |

CANCELLATION POLICY
All changes to reservations for the Castle Rock Climbing Adventure Experience require fourteen (14) days advance notice.
Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made. |
