Departing from one of five local airports, you and your guest may choose the location where you prefer to meet your Pilot. Once you arrive, you and your guest will be strapped in to a Cessna 172, one of the most popular light aircrafts in the skies. After take-off, you will enjoy scenic views of the beautiful North Carolina landscape below, you may even enjoy views of your own home! So, don't forget to bring along your camera to capture and share this unforgettable airborne adventure.

Who
The Charlotte Sightseeing Flight Tour Xperience Certificate® is for two participants.

Guests
You may invite one additional guest for the experience for a total of three passengers. (The maximum combined total weight of the participants and their guest may not exceed 500lbs.)

When
The Charlotte Sightseeing Flight Tour Experience is offered Monday through Saturday, year-round, subject to availability. Flights may be scheduled between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM.

Duration
The Charlotte Sightseeing Flight Tour Experience has a flight time of approximately 1 hour and a total duration of approximately 1½ hours.

Weather
The Charlotte Sightseeing Flight Tour may be rescheduled by the Pilot due to severe weather such as high winds, fog or rain.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, layers and flat rubber-soled athletic shoes are recommended for this aerial adventure.

Additional Information
Participation is limited to individuals weighing less than 250lbs. The combined weight limit for you and your guest is 500lbs. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered unsafe conditions are not eligible to participate.

All pilots are accident and incident free and the Company has a 100% safety record. Many Pilots are trained beyond the rating they currently hold and are Certified Flight Instructors.

Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form prior to flight. If the participant is under the age of 18 a parent or guardian will need to sign the form prior to participation.

Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations for the Charlotte Sightseeing Flight Tour Experience require seven (7) days advance notice.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
