The class was excellent. We went over 7 different cheeses with a phenomenal teacher, along with 4 different wines. It really was a great experience!

We had a great time! The servers were so nice and attentive, the teacher was nice and sooo informative and fun! We met a couple we hit it off with and we hung out during the event and probably will even get together in the future! The cheeses and wines were fantastic in that they chose a real variety that were accessible yet different enough to be new and interesting. There was a good balance between instruction and gab time. The only minor problems were that our names weren't on their list even though we'd received confirmations, and also the room where we were served proseco and cheese soufle before the class was uncomfortably very warm. Other than those minor things, I highly recommend this event!

The actual class was terrific-great cheese and wine and a good instructor.
- Nicole Bernier - Manhattan, Tuesday, May 08, 2012
This class was GREAT! Not only did I learn so much, but I loved the delicious cheese/fondue assortment before the class with the bottomless prosecco - that made it really feel like we were getting our money's worth. The teacher was knowledgable and fun. Great experience, thank you!!
- Eliza Cantlay - Lawrenceville, NJ, Monday, April 02, 2012
My husband and I enjoyed eating various cheeses and drinking wine. The instructor did an excellent job explaining how to taste wine and why you did it that particular way. Unfortunately, it was not what we expected. We expected to be taught or told specifically, which cheeses pair well with certain wines- this was not the case. Instead, we drank different wines and then determined if the wine went well with the cheeses. This was not very helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our experience, but was mislead on what was actually going to take place during the class.

It was very good. Would have appreciated some info regarding parking since we ended up in a very expensive lot and only a block away it was 1/2 the price. But event itself was fun.
- Nancy Zambarda - New York, Thursday, October 13, 2011
Absolutely wonderful - informative, enjoyable and very tasty! Would definitely do again.
- Sari Kaufman - Artisinal, Tuesday, September 20, 2011
Overall a very nice experience. Reception was very nice with plenty of cheese and good group of people. Could have had more variety of wines. We are a fan of red wine would have enjoyed more of that. Also our confirmation slip mentioned business casual which we did adhere to but no one else did. Most of the men came in shorts and sneakers. Which my husband would have preferred to wear.
- Paula Marchi - NYC, Tuesday, June 07, 2011
Different from what I was expecting. Location is not the best it is out of the way from everything. Do not get there early there is nothing nowhere to sit and wait at. The front lobby is nothing more than a security desk, not even a chair to sit on and outside is like being on a highway with 100s of buses. It was more like visiting a warehouse then a wine and cheese tasting. Oh it is really a Cheese and wine tasting. Cheese was interesting the wine not so good. Take the money and go to a vineyard in the country much better spent.
- Frank - NYC, Monday, July 12, 2010
I didn't really know what to expect, but it was an experience.
- Kelly - NYC, Wednesday, May 12, 2010

- Arthur Wood - NYC, Thursday, April 22, 2010
Excellent! Very informative class. Enjoyable and delicious! Would definitely go again and recommend.
- Robyn - Cheshire, CT, Sunday, March 07, 2010
Class starts with a white wine welcome reception - don't show up late or the best cheeses will be gone. Then we were wisked into a classroom with 3 wines, 6 cheeses and 7 chocolates (special class) set up in front of us. The wines were only so-so, but the class is more about the cheese anyway. I thought the information was beginner level but the cheeses were more advanced and not very suttle or approachable. Don't get me wrong, they were delicious, just potent. The class we were in had a chocolate pairing as well, and the that part was definitely amazing. I recommend eating lightly, if at all, before attending the class.
- Justin - New York, Tuesday, February 16, 2010
Different from what I expected. Learned a lot about cheese, and I love cheese. I was expecting more of a wine tasting.
- Marvin Soskil - New York City, Monday, February 01, 2010
When I signed up for this class I was unaware that it was specifically for the Mediterranean Diet, wine and cheese pairing, but I liked it anyway. The teacher gave us SOO much information which was very helpful. I would have liked to try a few more wines (we only had 2), but the cheese selection was great. Would definitely recommend for friends!

The wine and cheese tasting was a great intro into the world of wine and fine cheeses. Recommended for anyone interested in learning just enough to be dangerous.
