WE LOVED THE CRUISE. AS SOON AS YOU GOT ON THE SHIP YOU WERE SEATED AT YOUR TABLE AND THE WAITRESS CAME RIGHT UP AND TOOK OUR DRINK ORDER. SINCE WE WERE ONE OF THE FIRST ON THE SHIP WE ONLY HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 5 OR 10 MINUTES TO GO TO THE BUFFET TABLE. THE FOOD WAS GREAT AND EVERYONE THAT WORKED THERE WAS VERY NICE. IT WAS FOR OUR 25TH ANNIVERSARY AND IT REALLY WAS GREAT.

The ship was very clean and the staff very professional and helpful. The dj played good music, but he did a lot of karoake. Hearing other people sing that didn't have very good voices really wasn't something we enjoyed hearing for our special cruise. The interactive dancing was ok. The food was pretty good, but I will have to agree with the other review about the deserts. You could tell they had been frozen and were not that good. The day was beautiful and all in all we very much enjoyed the cruise.

The ship is well maintained, attractive and clean. The staff is professional and helpful. There was a dj who paid good music and some of the wait staff sang reasonably well. We had a great time on deck because the day was beautiful and Lake Michigan and the City of Chicago skyline on a pretty day can't be beat for scenery. If the day had been rainy or cold and we had to stay inside the ship, we probably wouldn't have enjoyed the experience as much. The food was average, except for the beef dish which was horrible (dry and tough). The desserts tasted commercially produced, rather than from a bakery. If you're coming for the food, don't.
