Learn about Chicago’s treasured architecture, unique culture and local eateries during one of two Chicago Food Tours. You and your guest may choose to indulge in either the Gold Coast & Old Town Tour Food Tour or The Bucktown & Wicker Park Food Tour.

Gold Coast Tours begin in the heart of Downtown Chicago. During this two-mile Chicago sightseeing tour you will visit: Lou Malnati's for Chicago-Style Pizza; The Spice House; Chicago’s oldest Chocolate confectioner, The Fudge Pot; a Polish-European Bakery; Old Town Oil which features exotic Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars; and Tea Gschwendner.

A one and a half mile food tour, The Bucktown & Wicker Park Culinary Tour offers tasting locations such as top rated George's Hot Dog's, Sultan's Market, Goddess and Grocer; iCream, and Piece Pizza & Brewery, a New-Haven style pizzeria.

Whether you are a native Chicagoan, or this is your first visit to “The Big Onion”, you are in for a treat as you indulge in mouth-watering morsels on one of these Five-Star rated Chicago Food Tours.

The Chicago Food Tour For Two Xperience Certificate® is for two participants. You will be joined by up to 14 additional participants on the tour.

This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests.

Illinois, Chicago (Gold Coast/Old Town)

The Chicago Food Tours are offered four to seven days per week April thru November, subject to availability.

The Gold Coast & Old Town Tour is offered seven days a week April thru May; June thru August the tour is offered Sunday thru Friday; and, seven days a week September thru November. This tour typically begins at 11:00 AM.

The Bucktown & Wicker Park Tour is offered Tuesday thru Saturday* April thru November. This tour typically begins at 11:30 AM.

The Chicago Culinary Tours have a tour length of 3 hours and a total duration of approximately 3½ hours.

The Chicago Food Tours take place in all weather conditions.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes and layers are recommended for this open-air adventure. Flip-flops, high heels and dress-shoes are not recommended.

Additional Information
Tours include 1½ to 2 miles of walking and approximately 30 minutes of sitting. All tastings are included and typically enough food is served that for most participants, lunch afterwards is not necessary. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the experience no substitutions can be made.

You will have the opportunity to purchase additional food and beverages as well as gifts and souvenirs during the tour therefore participants are urged to bring additional spending money.

Tours do not end at their starting point. Transportation back to the meeting location is the responsibility of the participant, however maps and return instructions are provided.

Gratuities are not included but are greatly appreciated and may be offered at the end of the event.


Cancellation Policy
Changes to reservations for the Chicago Food Tour Experience cannot be made once the date of this Experience is reserved.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
