The chocolate workshop was great! It was very informative. I learned a lot about the making of chocolate. Of course the chocolate was delicious. Dorian was a lot of fun. I had a very enjoyable experience.

Dorian's Chocolate Class
The instructor Dorian was great. Loved hearing all of his explanations and background about chocolate. Would have been much nicer if it were more hands-on, for example, if we actually had the chance to prepare some of the ganache for the truffles. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Excellent workshop! The only thing I would change is to have a couple more stations of chocolate so that people could have some room to work in a better fashion.

Truffle Making
I was disappointed that there 41 people on the class. We ran out of the panache. My daughter and I were in the middle of the line to start dipping our truffles and the panache was gone before we even got up to the table. I think you need to have a limit on how many people should be in the class. I would love to try another class but would hope to have a better experience. It would of been a great time if it wasn't so crowded.
