You will meet with your guide in Breckenridge and get suited up with Gore-Tex waders and outfitted with a premium Sage rod and Ross reel. Once you have planed the details of your trip with your Fly Fishing Guide, you will head out to an exclusive put-in spot, below State Bridge, on the Colorado River. As this Fly Fishing Day trip generally coves 5 to 8 miles of river, you will also have plenty of time to wade-fish prime runs along the way.

So, whether you are looking to start a new hobby or to simply spend a fun day in the beautiful outdoors, this Colorado Fly Fishing River Trip is the perfect catch and is a great gift for one who loves to fish.

The River Fishing Float Trip In Colorado Experience is 9 hours and has a total duration of 9½ hours. Travel time is approximately 1 hour to the put-in location on the river.

Weather
The River Fishing Float Trip In Colorado Experience may be cancelled by the Guide due to inclement weather.

What to wear
Dress comfortably for this float trip in clothing you don’t mind getting dirty or wet. Optional suggestions include waterproof sunblock, sunglasses with straps, a hat or visor, quick-drying longsleeve shirt and pants for sun protection, a wool or fleece, sweater or jacket in cooler months and a waterproof jacket or suit. Please see the Colorado Fly Fishing Gear List for all of the items you should wear and bring with you on the trip.

Additional Information
Gore-Tex waders and premium Sage rods with Ross reels are provided for use during the lesson.

Participants must be atleast 12 years of age and have a valid Colorado Fishing License. Gratuity for your guide is not included and may be extended following the trip.

Cancellation Policy
