Enjoy a memorable evening or afternoon of cooking, camaraderie and fabulous food. Recipes in a cookbook are only one dimensional, and even watching recipes demonstrated on TV cannot equal the learning experience of a real cooking class. During this 3 hour Cooking Class in Conejo Valley, you will have the get to see, hear, smell, touch and taste everything including the final dish.

Throughout your cooking lesson, you and your guest will get the opportunity to interact with the instructor and ask questions to help each of you better understand the concepts. Whether you're a culinary novice or an experienced home chef looking to expand your skills, this experience offers an entertaining and educational approach that will enhance your palate and spice up your lifestyle.

Who
The Conejo Valley Culinary Class For Two Xperience Certificate® is for two participants. You will be joined by additional participants in the class.

This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests.

When
The Conejo Valley Culinary Class Experience is offered Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons year-round, subject to availability. Evening classes typically begin at 6:30 PM and Saturday classes typically begin at 10:30 AM.

Duration
The Conejo Valley Culinary Class Experience has a class time of approximately 3 hours a total experience time of approximately 3½ hours.

Weather
The Conejo Valley Culinary Class Experience takes place in all weather conditions.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes, long pants or long skirts and log sleeve tops are recommended for this culinary adventure. Please do not wear open-toed shoes or nylons.

Additional Information
Culinary classes are held at the Westlake Culinary Institute. Its recreational program, Let's Get Cookin', has received the 2007 IACP Avocational Cooking School Award of Excellence.
