Learn how to cook delicious meals from a around the World and how to pair wine with food during this three-hour hands-on DC Cooking Class. Appetizing, fresh and healthy foods from a wide range of cultures including Moroccan, Spanish, Chinese, Italian and more are on the menu for this culinary class.

You will learn to prepare a full meal or a series of small plates, with the help of experienced culinary educators, Jinny and Ed Fleischman. You will gain firsthand experience in the kitchen as observe as your instructors demonstrate and later, get to cook along with them. After the mouthwatering meal is prepared—it’s time to eat! You and your fellow culinary students will sit at a long dining table where you will all enjoy the meal you have created together.

Following your meal, you will be given the recipes for the meal along with suggestions which highlight "cook ahead" possibilities, notes for any special equipment necessary, and advice regarding the ingredients you'll need to prepare the meal.
