Enjoy a memorable evening or afternoon of cooking, camaraderie and fabulous food. Featuring the freshest ingredients, learn to create a wonderfully unique dish as well as some culinary tricks of the trade. No matter which culinary lesson you attend, you are sure to have a great time.

Class themes include: Classic Cocktails, Springtime Bistro Supper, From Farm to Fork: A Contemporary Irish Supper, Delectable Appetizers, Festive Brunches and more. Both demonstration and hands-on culinary classes are offered and participants will enjoy and two glasses of wine (or, at some classes, aperitif, beer or cocktails) served with the gourmet fare. This is a tasty Sonoma County experience!

Who
The Cooking In Sonoma For Two Xperience Certificate® is for two participants. You will be joined by approximately thirity additional participants in the class.

Guests
This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests.

The Cooking In Sonoma Experience is offered several times per month year-round, subject to availability. Classes take place weekday evenings and Saturday afternoons.

The Cooking In Sonoma Experience has a class time of approximately 3 hours and a total duration of approximately 3½ hours.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes are recommended for this culinary adventure. Please do not wear open-toed shoes or nylons.

Classes are held a several culinary locations in Healdsburg and throughout Sonoma County. You will have the opportunity to step into the kitchen and meet the chefs, food purveyors, and winemakers that make Sonoma County a food and wine destination. Professional chef-instructors will ensure that you leave every class with new techniques, recipes, and ideas.
