Since 1967 Terence Janericco has been teaching people how to cook healthy, appetizing meals. Whether you are already an experienced cook looking to reinvent a classic dish, or a novice looking to spice up your favorite dish, find yourself comfortable under the personal supervision of Terence Janericco. After creating your dish, settle down and enjoy eachothers chef d'oeuvres.
Classes concentrate on a particular area of cooking, including:
- Breads - Discover how to make French Bread, focaccia, quick breads, and other favorites
- Casseroles - Learn to prepare delicious quickly prepared delights to have readily available
- Hors D’oeurve -Master all that is needed for successful entertaining, whether the occasion is a nibble before dinner, or a full scale cocktail party
- Cooking Ahead -Learn to plan ahead and quit the take-out and grilled chicken route for more flavorful and interesting offerings
- Pasta -Prepare delectable pasta dishes and create exciting new sauces
- Chocolate -Discover how to work with chocolate to prepare the most impressive, sensuous desserts
- Tapas -Whether seafood, meat or vegetables there is a great variety of foods that can be eaten as a snack, a first course or a selection of them can make a meal in themselves

CANCELLATION POLICY All changes to reservations for the Cooking In Boston Experience require fourteen (14) days advance notice. Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
