Ride in a Balloon Over the Beautiful Delmarva Peninsula During a Private One Hour Balloon Flight For Two

Enjoy a romantic Hot Air Balloon Ride for two over the beautiful Delmarva Peninsula. This private flight begins at sunrise or two hours before sunset, as you help the Pilot and Crew with the inflation of the balloon. Once inflated, you and your guest will climb into the basket along with your Pilot as he finishes preparing for the flight.

Once ready, the hot air balloon will gradually ascend above the tree tops, over a thousand feet into the sky. As you float in the balloon, you will travel at wind speed for approximately one hour. Along the way you and your guest will enjoy a bird's eye view of Maryland's Eastern Shore from the air as you sail through the skies, float over corn fields, nearby rivers and treetops.

At the end of your journey, the balloon will begin to descend. Upon landing, you will enjoy a wonderful champagne toast with your Pilot. Who
The Delmarva Private Balloon Ride Xperience Certificate® is for two participants. This is a private flight.

Guests
This experience is not suitable for additional guests; spectators may join you for the inflation and launch of the balloon.

When
The Private Delmarva Balloon Ride Experience is offered April through October, subject to availability. Flights take place at Sunrise and two hours before Sunset. Flight times will vary upon the time of year the flight is scheduled.

Duration
The Private Delmarva Balloon Ride Experience has a flight time of approximately 1 hour and a total duration of 3 hours.

Weather
The Private Delmarva Balloon Ride Experience may be cancelled by the Pilot due to high winds, heavy rain, fog or other inclement weather. If a reservation is cancelled due to weather, you will receive a rain-check valid for one year from that date which can be used towards another reservation. The rain-check is non-refundable.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes and layers are recommended for this open air adventure.

Additional Information
Participation in the Hot Air Balloon Experience is limited to individuals weighing less than 220 lbs and less than 6'4" tall. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered unsafe conditions are not eligible to participate. Participants must be able to stand for a minimum of 90 minutes, must be able to climb in and out of the basket and should be at least 10 years of age.

Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form prior to flight. If the participant is under the age of 18 a parent or guardian will need to sign the form prior to participation.

Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations for the Delmarva Private Balloon Ride Experience require seven (7) days advance notice.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
