Ride in a Helicopter over Detroit and enjoy amazing views of Michigan. This Scenic Tour Flight begins as you depart from Oakland County International Airport. You and your guest will meet with your Pilot and fly in a Robinson R44 helicopter over the Motor City. During this Helicopter Flight Tour, you will enjoy bird's eye views of the City, the Detroit River, Lake St Clair, Belle Island, Ford Field and Comercia Park. You may even have the chance to fly over your own Wayne County home!

This 45 minute Helicopter Ride will provide you with a whole new perspective on Michigan's heartland. Whether you live in Detroit or you’re visiting for the first time, this Scenic Helicopter Tour is sure to take your experience of this wonderful city to new heights.

Who
The Detroit Helicopter Flight Tour Xperience Certificate® is for two participants.

Guests
You may bring one additional guest to join you for the flight for a total of 3 passengers. (The maximum combined total weight of the participants may not exceed 540lbs.)

When
The Detroit Helicopter Flight Tour Experience is offered seven days a week year-round, subject to availability. Flights are typically scheduled between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Duration
The Detroit Helicopter Flight Tour Experience has an average flight time of 45 minutes and is typically 1¼ hours in total duration.

Weather
The Detroit Helicopter Flight Tour Experience may be cancelled by the Pilot due to high winds, heavy rain, fog or other inclement weather.

What to wear
Dress Comfortably. Flat rubber-soled shoes are recommended for this aerial adventure.

Additional Information
Your flight will take place on the Robinson R44 which provides a very smooth ride and seats three passengers plus the pilot. All Pilots are Certified Instructors, accident and incident free and the Company has a 100% safety record. All participants must have a valid photo ID (passport or driving license). The maximum combined weight of the participants may not exceed 540lbs. The maximum weight of a single participant may not exceed 300lbs. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered unsafe conditions are not eligible to participate. All participants must have a valid photo ID (passport or driving license).

Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form prior to flight. If the participant is under the age of 18 a parent or guardian will need to sign the form prior to participation.

Flights are not available 1 hour before, during or 1 hour after an NFL or MLB Game.

Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations for the Detroit Helicopter Flight Tour Experience require seven (7) days advance notice.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
