Your Flight Lesson begins with a 30 minute ground school conducted at the Minden-Tahoe Airport. The Certified Flight Instructor will explain how the helicopter flies, its controls, how to read the gauges, what to look for in conducting the pre-flight inspection, and making sure the helicopter is safe to fly. After your ground instruction is complete, you will take to the skies on a 30 minute Flight Lesson, during which you will take the controls with the help of your Instructor.

You will experience first-hand the thrill of flying a helicopter and have the chance to experience most flight conditions, including straight and level flight, climbs, turns and descents, plus the most memorable, hovering.
