All Xperience Certificates® are sent in an attractive gift box that includes the recipient’s gift card with a personalized message, an image card that illustrates and describes the gift received, instructions for the recipient to redeem the gift, terms and conditions for the product and contact information for Xperience Days Inc.

Xperience Certificates valid for a specific experience may be exchanged prior to requesting a reservation for the experience for which the Certificate is valid.

Xperience Certificates can be redeemed for service from the Issue Date. Xperience Certificates are valid for the experience purchased for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, i.e. the Issue Date. Xperience Certificates not redeemed and used within the twelve (12) month period are valid for services equal to or less than the original purchase price of the Xperience Certificate. Xperience Choice Certificates or Dollar Certificates do not change in value, do not expire and may be redeemed at any time.
