Question:
(1) Can the recipient use the value to purchase an 'adventure' for themselves and a friend, or can they only use it for themselves?
(2) What is the difference between an Experience Gift Certificate and a Choice Certificate?
(3) How long does it take to receive the gift?
(4) Is there an expiration date?
Answer:
(1) Yes. The value of the Certificate may be applied towards any activity offered on the site.
(2) Xperience Days Dollar Gift Certificates show the amount of the gift certificate purchased i.e. $100 Xperience Days Dollars; whereas Xperience Choice Certificates only initially show the color level selected, i.e. Orange Xperience Choice Certificate. This is the only difference between the two types of certificates.
(3) All gifts are shipped the following business day and Ground, Express Saver, 2nd Day and Overnight Shipping options are offered as well as instant gift certificates via eMail.
(4) No. Xperience Days' Certificates do not expire. The purchase value of the certificate may always be applied to any of the activities offered.
Question: This is an anniversary gift, therefore it would be for 2 participants. Checking out it states l participant. How can I change it to two participants?
Answer: The 'Green Choice Certificate' in the subject heading of your request is an open certificate which can be used towards any experience we offer. It therefore doesn't have a specific limitation on the number of participants.
Question: Hello!
What is the difference between an Experience Gift Certificate and a Xperience Choice Certificate? From what I can tell it's just different dollar amounts...?? Do both allow for choosing any activity? Do they both allow the whole amount of the certificate to be used
Answer: There is no big difference between the dollar value certificates and the choice certificates. The Choice Certificates were our original gift certificates and were grouped into convenient amounts to allow customers to purchase an open certificate to our site, and then give the recipient a range of products to choose from within those choice/color ranges. However as we grew over time and the number of experiences between say $200 and $300 grew, we found it necessary to add more options, as well as smaller value options for those that wanted to give out small on the spot rewards. Either of the two options are flexible and can be put towards any of the experiences that we offer.
