This exciting Scenic Tour Flight begins as you depart from the Scottsdale Municipal Airport located 30 minutes North of Phoenix. You and your guest will fly in a helicopter and enjoy spectacular views of the amazing landscape below. At 1,000 feet above the ground you will enjoy views of Fountain Hills' Fountain, Volcanic Cinder Cones, Thompson Peak, Verde River Valley. World Renowned Championship Golf Courses, Pinnacle Peak, Tom'sThumb and Troon.

Who
The Helicopter Tour Over Scottsdale Xperience Certificate® is for two participants. This is a private flight.

Guests
This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests. You may however bring spectators to the airport to view the take-off and landing.

When
The Scottsdale Helicopter Tour is offered seven days a week, year-round, subject to availability. Flights may be scheduled between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Duration
The Helicopter Tour of Scottsdale has a flight time of 30 air miles which is approximately 30 minutes and has a total duration of approximately 50 minutes, unless an Extended Flight Option is selected.

Weather
The Scottsdale Heli Tour may be cancelled by the Pilot due to severe weather such as high winds, fog or heavy rain. If the Flight is cancelled by the Pilot, it will be rescheduled a mutually convenient date.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes are recommended for this aerial adventure.

Additional Information
Your flight will take place on the Robinson R44 which provides a very smooth ride. You may bring a video or still camera on board the flight and since every seat has a window, you will have pictures that will last a lifetime.

All participants must have a valid photo ID (passport or driving license). The maximum weight of each participant may not exceed 240lbs. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered by the Pilot to be unsafe conditions are not eligible to participate.

Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form prior to flight. If the participant is under the age of 18 a parent or guardian will need to sign the form prior to participation.

Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations for the Scottsdale Helicopter Tour Experience require seven (7) days advance notice.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
