As you board the ship in Hilton Head, prepare to enjoy a two hour Dinner Boat Tour of South Carolina's most famous and beautiful Island. As the boat makes its way around Hilton Head and cruises past some of the most unique properties in the area, you will enjoy spectacular Sunset views that only dinner on a boat can offer. During this cruise dinner you and your guest will enjoy a delicious buffet-style meal prepared fresh right on board, along with a complementary bottle of Sea Ridge Wine. This mouth-watering menu includes the Island's best prime rib, slow-roasted and served with garlic and herb roasted chicken, garlic-smashed potatoes, seasoned vegetables, Savannah Red Rice, salad, bread and rich chocolate brownies topped with mousse and whipped cream.
A bottle of Sea Ridge Wine, coffee, tea and water are complimentary. You may also purchase additional beverages on board.

We enjoyed the cruise, the meal was great, and thank you for the bottle of wine. The end of October is not the best time for a cruise a little more than cool on deck and the sun set a little too soon, even with a 30 minute earlier departure. It was a great experience.

HH Sunset Dinner Cruise
Unfortunately, we never got to enjoy our HH Dinner Cruise (a gift from our son), due to a major mechanical failure with the boat's engine/transmission. These things happen and, of course, are impossible to predict, but serve as the ultimate test of customer service.
The outcome was surprisingly good, due in no small part to the entire crew and support staff, who were doing their best to apologize and do the right thing for their customers. We were offered the opportunity to dine on-board (since the meals were already there), at a reduced cost of $15/person. The food was good and the service even better. After the meal, we were told we could return at any time in the future, with no time limit, to rejoin the crew for the complete dinner cruise. This was important to us, because we made the trip to HH for this cruise and this was our last night on the island. We also would not have another opportunity to return until next summer and didn't want to lose the opportunity to enjoy the gift we had received or disappoint our son.
In summary, we appreciated the efforts of the entire staff in attempting to satisfy everyone's expectations especially the flexibility in re-scheduling.
The true test of a good organization is not in its ability to prevent problems, but in its choice of how it responds to problems that occur.
We look forward to our future dinner cruise.

Question: Where is the ship docked on Hilton Head Island? Is it air conditioned and heated? Do we have our own table?
Answer: departs from Lighthouse Road, Hilton Head Isle. The boat is air conditioned and heated.
Seating follows the same general principle as any normal restaurant and will depend on the number of guests on the day and their party sizes. Window seating with seperate tables cannot be guaranteed.
