Discover the fun of Riding in a Hot Air Balloon during this exciting one-hour Hot Air Balloon Ride over Sedona, Arizona. Your airborne adventure begins at sunrise, when you help the Pilot and Crew with the inflation of the balloon. Once inflated, you will climb into the basket while your pilot continues to heat up the air inside the hot air balloon.

Soon the balloon will gradually ascend over a thousand feet into the sky. As you float in the balloon over Arizona, you will travel at wind speed for approximately one hour. Along the way, you will follow a unique balloon flight path over the Verde Valley and beautiful red rock landscape below. The most exciting part of this ballooning experience is seeing Sedona from a new perspective!
Your ride concludes with a champagne toast. This Sedona Air Balloon Ride is an amazing adventure, and the perfect gift for any occasion.

Who
The Sedona Hot Air Ballooning Xperience Certificate® is for one participant. There will be approximately six additional participants on the flight.

Guests
This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests.

When
The Sedona Hot Air Ballooning Experience is offered seven days a week October thru April, subject to availability. Sedona Hot Air Balloon flights take place at Sunrise. Sunrise times will vary upon the time of year the flight is scheduled.

Duration
The Sedona Hot Air Ballooning Experience has a flight time of approximately 1 hour and a total experience time of approximately 3 hours.

Weather
The Sedona Hot Air Ballooning Experience may be cancelled by the Pilot due to high winds, heavy rain, fog or other inclement weather.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes and layers are recommended for this open air adventure.

Additional Information
Participation in the Hot Air Balloon Experience is limited to individuals weighing less than 220lbs and less than 6’5” tall. Participants must be able to stand for a minimum of 90 minutes, should be at least 8 years of age and also a minimum of 4’ tall. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered unsafe conditions are not eligible to participate. Individuals who have had knee, hip, ankle surgery or replacement in the past two years must have a signed note from a doctor releasing them to participate in this activity.

Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form prior to flight.

Due to the popularity of this experience, we recommend that you request dates for this Hot Air Balloon Flight a minimum of three to four weeks in advance.

Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations for the Sedona Hot Air Ballooning Experience require fourteen (14) days advance notice.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
