Casual comfortable atmosphere. Chef was very engaging and we looked forward to eating the tasty food. Very interesting to learn about the spices and their use. Would consider going again.

Chef Manjuali was very kind, and answered all of our questions. However, this class was nothing like what we anticipated. There were no hands-on moments. It was a classroom setting, with the attendees sitting on folding chairs and Manjuali at the front of the room for two hours. You had to look in an overhead mirror to see most of what as done. It was cold in the classroom. Considering the session is two hours, after most people have just rushed from work, some kind of drink or light refreshment should have been offered. Most cooking classes for adults include wine. This one did not, and I think that should be made clear in the description. The only reason I am not giving this a 'one' rating is that Manjuali was so friendly. The problem here is that the description needs to be changed to more accurately reflect the class.
