Take Flight with this Introductory Gliding Lesson and Ride Over the Beautiful Nevada Desert

Imagine the thrill of soaring with this gliding experience over the Las Vegas Desert. Your experience will begin with a ground school lesson, introduction to the sport and safety regulations.

After your ground lesson you will be ready for your instructional hands-on flight. You and the Instructor will be aerotowed by a single engine light aircraft into the thermals. Once airborne, you will have the chance to pilot the wing and see what the fun is all about. You will learn basic flight controls, right of way rules and soaring techniques. Whether you are looking to begin a new hobby or you are simply looking to try it, you’ll be able to say you've soared!

EXPERIENCE LOCATION
Nevada, Jean
WHEN
The Introductory Gliding Lesson In Las Vegas Experience is offered on seven days a week year-round, subject to availability. Flights can be schduled from 9:00 AM untill sunset.
DURATION
The Introductory Gliding Lesson In Las Vegas Experience has a ground lesson time of 1 hour and an average flight time of 1 hour with total experience time of approximately 2 hours.
GUESTS
You may invite guests to the launch site to watch your fligh.
WEATHER
The Introductory Gliding Lesson In Las Vegas Experience may be cancelled by the Instructor due to severe weather such as high winds or heavy rain.
WHAT TO WEAR
Dress comfortably, layers and flat rubber-soled athletic shoes are recommended for this arial adventure. Participants will be provided with all necessary equipment.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Participation in the Introductory Gliding Lesson In Las Vegas Experience is limited to individuals weighing less than 240lbs. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered unsafe conditions are not eligible to participate.

Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All changes to reservations for theIntroductory Gliding Lesson In Las Vegas Experience require seven (7) days advance notice.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
