Half Day 100cc Sprint Kart Racing In Los Angeles

Learn to race 100cc Sprint Karts with this full day program at the Country’s newest road course. This track features banked curves, high- and low-speed sections and numerous layouts of up to a half-mile in length. Karts will reach top speeds and pull up to 1.4 G's in the corners.

Your experience will begin in the classroom and include three on-track sessions during which you will learn driving dynamics in steering, acceleration, braking and cornering with a focus on the racing line.

Class size is limited to ensure you receive plenty of personal attention. With concentration and expert instruction, you'll quickly find yourself reaching whatever goal you have set for yourself, whether it's simply having an unforgettably good time or shaving the last tenth of a second off your lap time.

Who
The Kart Racing In Los Angeles: Half Day Xperience Certificate® is for one participant. You will be joined by up to 20 additional participants during the class and on the track.

Guests
You may invite guests to the track to watch your Kart Racing Experience.

When
The Kart Racing In Los Angeles: Half Day Experience is offered two to three days a week year-round, subject to availability. Sessions begin at 8:30 AM and finish at approximately 12:30 PM.

Duration
The Kart Racing In Los Angeles: Half Day Experience includes 3 on-track driving sessions and has a total duration of approximately 3 hours.

Weather
The Kart Racing In Los Angeles: Half Day Experience may be cancelled by the Instructor due to heavy rain or other inclement weather.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, the following items are recommended for this racing adventure:

Balaclava or 'Headsock' is required and may be purchased on the day for $5.

Long pants, a comfortable shirt, jacket or sweatshirt. (Shorts are not permitted.)

Lace-up tennis-type shoes and socks that cover ankles are mandatory track wear. (Hiking boots are not permitted.)

Sunscreen is recommended. Please refrain from using any hair sprays or gels.

Additional Information
This experience takes place at the Jim Hall Kart Racing School which "MOTOR TREND" magazine chose as one of the "49 cool car things to do before you die."

Participation in the Kart Racing In Los Angeles: Full Day Experience is limited to individuals weighing less than 270lbs and less than 6’8” tall. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered unsafe in racing conditions are not eligible to participate.

Participants must be at least 4'8" tall and 10 years of age.

Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form. A parental signature on the Minor's Release Form is required for students age 10 and younger.

OFF-TRACK/DAMAGE POLICY:
If your kart goes "4 wheels off" the race track, a $20 (minimum) off-track fee will be assessed. Final charges will be based on the actual time required to return the kart to its condition prior to the incident at $45 per hour, plus the cost of any damaged parts.

Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations for the Kart Racing In Los Angeles: Half Day Experience require thirty-five (35) days advance notice. All changes or cancellations are assessed a $25 service charge.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
