I went as a single kayaker. There were approximately 9 other kayakers, some singles and some doubles. Judy, the owner/operator/guide, did a fantastic job providing us an educational and fun tour of Piscataway Creek. Judy provided us with an orientation (geographical, ecological, historical, and safety) prior to getting in the water. During the kayak tour she provided us with additional information about the history and ecology of this estuary. It was a fun 3-hour tour and I learned a lot! I would recommend to anybody as a great getaway!

We wanted to close out the summer with something new, active, and close to home, and this was perfect! Our guide was very knowledgable, catered her tour to the small and personal group we were with, and made sure that everyone had a wonderful time! It was a great balance between fun kayaking around the river and relaxing drifting past plentiful wildlife. Our group was mixed beginners and advanced kayakers, and she catered instruction so that all could enjoy themselves at their own pace and level. REALLY well done, and a fun afternoon!

The tour was great. We had a small group so it felt very personal. The leader, Judy, made sure the pace ensured everyone could keep up. We saw Herons, Egrets, beavers, and the leader pointed out the various plant life and how it was used by the early settlers and native American Indians.

While my reservation was for 1:00, unfortunately, they did not know that I was coming. However, it all worked out and my girlfriend and I had a blast. We were able to take the kayaks out on our own at a later time and we had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The kayak adventure was good but not great. For what Xperience Days has to offer I feel that one could have simply walked up and gotten the exact same experience on your own. It was fun and a great intro but that is about it.

This is basically one of the first places I ever went kayaking and it is a really lovely area. You feel like you're hundreds of miles from anywhere even though the Wilson Bridge is right nearby. The guides are friendly and helpful and you will have a great time!
