Monday thru Sunday Tours are offered every 15 minutes between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM year-round. |

This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests. |

WEATHER
The Lady Liberty Helicopter Tour Experience may be cancelled by the Pilot due to high winds, heavy rain, fog or other inclement weather. |

Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes are recommended for this aerial adventure. |

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All participants must observe the following security requirements: Must have a valid photo ID (passport or driving license). Must check in all bags with security. No carry-ons or handbags will be allowed on the flights. Must walk through a metal detector. Must pay a mandatory Heliport security fee of $2.50 PER PERSON. Personal cameras and video cameras are allowed onboard once they are cleared through security.All passengers are required to pay an additional $30 per Person Heliport Fee upon arrival. The Operator of this tour reserves the right to upgrade, alter or terminate any or all sightseeing tours due to security, weather or acts of God. |

All changes to reservations for the Lady Liberty Helicopter Tour Experience require seven (7) days advance notice.
Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made. |
