Drift Over Beautiful Central Florida's Lake County on a Hot Air Balloon Flight

A balloon flight over Central Florida is beautiful experience. Your Lake County hot air balloon flight begins by helping with the inflation of the balloon at sunrise or sunset. Once the balloon's preparation is complete, you will climb into the basket as the pilot heats the air inside the balloon until it becomes "lighter than air". This heating allows the balloon to gracefully ascend, affording magnificent and breathtaking views of rolling hills, large oak groves and abundant lakes. You will move in tandem with the winds for approximately an hour, providing you with plenty of time to relax and enjoy this wonderful sensation. Upon landing the balloon will be packed up and guests are treated to a champagne ceremony with refreshments of cheese, fruit, pastries, crackers and the like as well as a first flight certificate. This is an amazing airborne adventure that is sure to create lasting memories.

Who
The Lake County Hot Air Balloon Ride Xperience Certificate® is for one participant. You will be joined by up to five additional participants on the flight.

Guests
This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests.

When
The Lake County Hot Air Balloon Flight Experience is offered seven days a week, October thru June, subject to availability. Flight meeting times will vary depending upon the time of year the flight is scheduled.

* Sunset flights are only offered from November through mid-March.

Duration
The Lake County Balloon Flight Experience has a flight time of approximately 60 minutes and a total duration of approximately 3 hours.

Weather
The Lake County Hot Air Balloon Flight Experience may be cancelled by the Pilot due to high winds, heavy rain, fog or other inclement weather.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes and layers are recommended for this open air adventure.

Additional Information
Participation in the Hot Air Balloon Experience is limited to individuals weighing less than 220lbs and less than 6’5” tall. Participants must be able to stand for a minimum of 90 minutes, should be at least 8 years of age and also a minimum of 4’ tall.

Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form prior to flight.

Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations for the Lake County Hot Air Balloon Ride Experience require seven (7) days advance notice.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
