Start the day by helping inflate the balloon, and then drift away as the wind directs your journey. Learn ballooning insights from the experts themselves from flight launching to landing.

Float through the sky on an aerial adventure and enjoy breathtaking views of Pennsylvania. Coast by Amish Country, the Susquahanna River and the exquisite farms.

When landed and the balloon is packed away, you will be transported to the launch site to enjoy a traditional champagne toast.

Who
The Lancaster Hot Air Ballooning Xperience Certificate® is for one participant. There will be approximately five additional participants on the flight.

Guests
This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests.

When
The Lancaster Hot Air Ballooning Experience is offered year-round, subject to availability. Lancaster Hot Air Balloon flights take place at Sunrise and Sunset. Sunrise and Sunset times will vary upon the time of year the flight is scheduled.

Duration
The Lancaster Hot Air Ballooning Experience has a flight time of approximately 1 hour and a total experience time of approximately 3 hours.

Weather
The Lancaster Hot Air Ballooning Experience may be cancelled by the Pilot due to high winds, heavy rain, fog or other inclement weather.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes and layers are recommended for this open air adventure.

Additional Information
Participation in the Hot Air Balloon Experience is limited to individuals weighing less than 220lbs and less than 6’5” tall. Participants must be able to stand for a minimum of 90 minutes, should be at least 8 years of age and also a minimum of 4’ tall.

Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form prior to flight.

Due to the popularity of this experience, we recommend that you request dates for this Hot Air Balloon Flight a minimum of three to four weeks in advance.

Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations for the Lancaster Hot Air Ballooning Experience require fourteen (14) days advance notice.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
