Join Chef and Cookbook Author, Chef Olwen Woodier for a mouth-watering cooking class at the Glenfiddich Farm. Located just outside of Leesburg, VA, the Glenfiddich Farm is a 170-year-old former dairy farm in the beautiful Piedmont region of Western Loudoun.

You and your guest will join Chef Olwen at this historic farm house and learn to cook a delicious four to five course meal. All menus designed by Chef Olwen embrace healthy aspects of the food pyramid and are based on seasonal produce. You will learn to create dishes that contain no or low saturated fat and no transfats. For this reason, the menus typically focus on seafood, chicken, pork, nuts, whole grains, vegetables and fruits - except of course for the featured desserts! Once each dish is complete, you will all enjoy the delicious meal created.
