Next, you will complete your dish with your own selection of toppings to create your very own custom pie. After you’ve topped the pizza it will go into the brick oven where the combination of flavors will meld and transform into a savory treat.

As the Pizza cooks you will enjoy a relaxed three-flight wine tasting. Throughout the class the Sommelier will show you how different flavors excite your palate as they discuss the wines served from vine to the glass. Once cooked, the Chef will bring the pizza to your table for you to enjoy.
