All aboard for a Scenic Sunset Train Ride through the beautiful Mount Washington Valley! You and your guest will relive the Golden Days of Railroading as you travel round-trip from North Conway to Bartlett aboard the elegant Dining Car "Chocorua”, on Northern Conway’s historic railroad line. Built in 1929 for service as a coach on the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western Railroad, "Car 2570" was remodeled and put into service in 1992.

 

During this nostalgic dinner train ride you will be surrounded by 780,000 acres of White Mountain National Forest as you dine. Spectacular views of New Hampshire’s beautiful scenery and delicous food is on the menu for this experience. Meals are prepared by Crawford's Restaurant and include an appetizer, a variety of entrée selections, and dessert. Served to you with warm, friendly Yankee hospitality, this dinner on a train is the perfect way to spend time together while enjoying this romantic method of travel. So, sit back and enjoy the passing scenery and surrounding mountains, as the "Valley Train" travels northwest through fields and woodlands, crossing the East Branch, Saco, and Ellis Rivers enroute to Bartlett. Upon arrival in Bartlett, you will also have the opportunity to watch the locomotive "run around" for the return trip to North Conway.
