Taught by a professional artist, this Outdoor Drawing Class provides you with the opportunity to learn how to drawing, no matter what skill level you are at. You will recieve inspiration from surrounding scenery in Central Park as you learn techniques such as line drawing, shading, composition, self-expression, and more! Your Art Teacher will provide tips through out the drawing class and answer questions you may have. The Central Park Drawing Classes are offered Saturdays June to September, subject to availability. Classes typically begin at 12:30 PM.

How Long Is It

The New York Drawing Classes are typically 2 hours with a total duration of approximately 2¼ hours.

Weather

Classes take place in all weather conditions. In the case of rain, classes will be held at the Art Studio for an indoor drawing class adventure.

What To Wear

Please dress comfortably with layers, prepared for weather conditions.

Drawing Classes take place in Central Park with Rebecca Schweiger, an Internationally Renowned Contemporary Painter. Her work has been displayed in over 50 galleries and museums throughout the world, and her is included in hundreds of private collections. All materials are included. Classes will be held inside at the Art Studio in the case of rain or other poor weather conditions.

Participants will be able to take home their work of art after the class.
