I highly suggest this experience for anyone looking for an incredible rush. You learn how to get you legs over the bar, do a backflip into the net, and even be caught. '2 thumbs way up'

A great class and a fantastic group of trainers. I just wish there was something closer to Manhattan.

I took my husband to this two-hour class in Smithtown, Long Island for his 37th birthday and it was amazing. The instructors knew what they were doing, they were extremely clear with instructions and patient with our lack of skills, they kept everything extremely safe, and the experience itself was amazing. In two hours, they taught the both of us how to take off, hang from our knees, and how to get caught. Just amazing. They also do birthday parties (where kids as young as 4 can participate), and you can't beat the price! Make sure you dress comfortably, and suggest wearing some type of long, flexible, workout type pants. You have a safety belt on the high part of your waist, but make sure you wear a shirt that won't necessarily fly up if you're upside down (unless you don't care). Tie up long hair as well, no clips, and wear socks for walking on the net. They have shirts and jackets for sale as well, so bring cash too (its easier). Trapeze set is outside, so keep weather in mind.
