Celebrate the wonderfully diverse and ever changing world of wine during a two hour Manhattan Harbor Scenic Cruise. Each month, a different region of the world will be the focus of this gourmet and educational sightseeing excursion. The interactive wine tastings, led by New York Sommelier, Wendy Crispell, will explore the grapes, styles, soils, viticulture, and tasting techniques that will help you learn about and enjoy the wine in your glass. In addition to the flight of wines, cheeses will be expertly paired to complement the varietal selection of the evening. This unique wine tasting class is inspired by the 400th Anniversary of New York. For over four centuries, people from many cultures sailed into the Manhattan Harbor bringing with them regional cuisine and traditions which have made the Big Apple one of the most diverse culinary destinations in the World. During this Wine Tasting Sightseeing Cruise, you and your guest will enjoy five different wines which will reflect and illustrate these influential regions. This gourmet tasting experience provides you with the opportunity to swirl, sniff, and sip your way down the Hudson River as you relax in a beautifully enclosed solarium and cruise around Manhattan in style. Whether you are a wine connoisseur or a novice, this sightseeing wine tasting cruise on the Hudson River is one of the best things to do in New York and makes the perfect gift for any occasion.
Sails typically board at 6:40 PM, depart at 7:00 and return at 9:00 PM.
The price includes all applicable taxes, roundtrip cruise fees, wine tasting, per passenger and cheeses. Additional beverages may be purchased onbard from the cash bar. All participants must be 21 years of age or older and show valid Photo ID upon boarding. Gratuity for the Captain and Crew are not included and may be extended in cash following the sail.

Fantastic overall experience. The cruise operator was very knowledgeable and made the experience not only fun but extremely informative. The cheese selections were spot on with the wine and I was very satisfied with the number of tastings and amount for each taste. I would definitely do this again at some point especially as it gets warmer outside.

Wine Tasting Cruise
The cruise was great. The wine choices were excellent. The cheeses that were paired with the wine were very good choices. The Chelsea Pier is a convenient location with lot of interesting activity to see if you get to the cruise site early.

Great Time
We bought this as a wedding present for our friends and the four of us had a great time! The sommolier was very knowledgable and friendly as were the boat crew. It was super fun to stop by the Statue of Liberty - we got a great photo! All in all, I would totally recommend this activity for New Yorkers and tourists alike. Many thanks to the boat crew and wine expert for a great night!

Wine & Cheese Tasting Cruise
Despite the heavy rains driving into NY, once we arrived at the pier, the rain stopped and the fun began. t was a very iuformative and fun evening. The speaker telling us about the wine and cheese,the servers and the captain were most gracious. We sat with a couple that we didn't know but by the end of the evening we exchange e-mails and will be going out to dinner with them. Our children gave us this gift for our '45th' wedding anniversary and we can't thank them enough!

Great Wine Cruise
The cruise is definately a beautiful cruise. The bridges and the views were spectacular. The wine choices were very good every one was paired up perfectly with the cheese selctions. Very informative as well. The music by Maria I enjoyed very much. This is definately worth the experience. I will be going back with the gals soon!
