I enjoyed this tour, as I had never walked around that area of Manhattan before. Our tour guide Dan was very friendly and took the time to give us some interesting facts before, and during the tour. All of the deserts were delicious. I especially loved the cookies and cream puffs... The wine tasting was also very nice, it was the second place we visited on the tour. The only thing I would suggest is that each participant be given a small bottled water to wash down the treats and clean their palates. I think that we would have enjoyed the treats a little better if we had something to wash them down with.Other than that it was a very nice tour.

The samples in the tour were great! Best stop was levain bakery with the gooey walnut chocolate chip cookie!!! The tour length was just enough. The tour guide was knowledgable although I think he could've kept us engaged throughout the entire tour including walking to the stops and not just at the stops. Overall it was great.

I enjoyed the tour, however, it was predominantly cookies and pastry. I would have liked more wine tasting included.
- Rosa DelGiudice - New Jersey, Wednesday, February 20, 2013
We tasted food and wine that we never would have on our own. The tour was educational we would recommend to others.

My husband and I enjoyed ourselves very much. Dan our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the city's history and places we visited. The pastries and wine were delicious. The tour was 2 hours which was perfect amount of time. The group was small 3 couples who were also very nice. I would definitely recommend this tour to others. My husband and I are thinking about taking a different tour we liked it so much. Great experience.

- Julie Kaplan - UWS, Wednesday, May 23, 2012
Great day with good weather and nice people with good tour guide. Good food, but more pastries than chocolate and only 1 stop for wine - and it was white wine - which is fine except it is supposed to be wine and chocolate! Would have liked to have seen a wine and chocolate pairing. It was more of a dessert tour than a wine and chocolate tour.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a very informative tour. We did enjoy the selections we tasted but we wish the cookie portions were larger. The wine tasting was also disappointing. The salesperson was exceptionally well versed and informed but the wine selection offered was rather on the lower end in quality. My husband and I were expecting better. We also would have appreciated being able to select from a few varieties of chocolates and desserts rather than the choice being made for us. Overall, the tour was enjoyable.

Fun, informative and delicious. Impressed by the selection.

Dan was an excellent guide, he was friendly and knowledgeable plus he did not rush us. The samples were quite tasty as well as just the right size. Your sweet tooth will be more than satisfied, as the sweet treats outweigh the wine tasting. Overall,we enjoyed the tour.

We lucked out with an un-seasonally warm November afternoon for the tour, which was great, because a few of the stops kept us outside in order to do the tastings. Lots of desserts and a little bit of wine is the best way to describe this tour, so if you are a sweet tooth, this is the thing for you!Wonderful size portions of everything, and a bit of history in between. Overall a great way to see the city in a different light!
- Margaret - New York, NY, Wednesday, November 23, 2011
This was a GREAT tour! The samples were more than generous, extrememly delicious and the wine and chocolate stops were fairly equal. an over all wonderfull experience I would recommend to anyone!

The tour guidewasvery informative, beautiful dayand good experience. Will Def. go on another tour with them. Good food and drinks, the tea shop was the best.
- Jennifer Adornetto - Bronx, Wednesday, April 13, 2011
Had a great time though it should be called Chocolate and Wine as there was very little wine involved. Jonathon our guide was very informative and quite enjoyable as where all the food stops along the way.
- Michael L - UPPER WEST SIDE, Wednesday, November 24, 2010
What fun this tour was for an afternoon in the city! The old and new world chocolates were a delight. The additional pastries and desserts were delicious. Jonathon our tour guide was knowledgeable making this a really fun tour. The grand finale was the wine tasting, the education about wine was well worth the wait on the tour.
- Frank & Sue Dillahey - New York City, Friday, November 19, 2010
We had a great time. The tour was given to me has a Birthday gift, My husband and I are in the city alot, yet all the stops were new to us. What a great way to explore the city. Johnathon, was a terrific guide, and very informative.
- Margaret Muller - Manhattan, Thursday, November 11, 2010
Thoroughly disappointing for a wine and chocolate tour. This experience led us to only one wine store (last stop) where we tried two sips of wine. Either add more wine stops or change the name of the experience. The only reason I even give it two stars was because our guide was knowledgeable and friendly.
- Nick - NYC, Thursday, November 04, 2010
The chocolates and the food was outstanding highlighted some places I never would've gone to, but now definitely will visit again. Only gripe is the title as 'wine and chocolate tour'. I was anticipating pairings of chocolate and wine instead it was only a small taste test in one wine shop at the end of the tour. But overall, a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Jonathon was an excellent tour guide.
- Anthony - Long Island, Wednesday, October 27, 2010
I had a wonderful time touring NY City's many dessert shops & oldest winery on this tour. It's a great opportunity to bond with your friend, meet new people and stuff your face.
- Vanessa Lee - NYC, Wednesday, October 20, 2010
Fun and tasty Sunday afternoon. Chocolate, pastries, wine and a very informative tour guide equals a great experience!
- Chrissy - NYC, Wednesday, October 20, 2010
It was a fun experience and a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. It is something we would not have done on our own. Nicole was friendly and informative.
- Claudia - Upper West Side NYC, Wednesday, September 29, 2010
It was a very nice experience we learned alot and ate plenty. The only complaint I would have is that we went to one Wine Store and only did White Wine. I wish they would have offered a red but other than that it was nice.
- Guillermo - Upper West Side, NYC, Wednesday, July 21, 2010
We stopped at two wine stores for white wine only and received 1 small piece of chocolate at each store. Other stops included a pizza shop, and two bakeries.
- Jim - NYC west side, Wednesday, June 30, 2010
Should be called perfect experience. My wife and I spend alot of time in the city and the tour made for one of the best days to date. Guide was informative and the wine and treats incredible. Plan to work our way through the whole list of experience tours.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed ourselves. Nicole was an excellent guide. She made it feel more like a a fun and extremely knowledgeable friend was taking you around to their favorite spots than a formal tour and she tried to pick things to suit our tastes. Highly recommend!
- Krisja - Chocolate & Wine Fan - NYC, Wednesday, March 03, 2010
