Our Asian Cooking Class was a bit of a surprise. We thought we signed up for a full menu class with shopping and a cook book. Ends up, we got a sushi-making class and a Chef Poon Dinner. The change was great for me and my daughter! Others were disappointed. But, Chef Poon was fabulous and made it a great experience for all! ust spending time with his positive attitude was special! It was an awesome experience! I will try more!

We had a great time attending this cooking class! What a great way to spend the day. We learned a lot and enjoyed learning the technique's of sushi and dim sum making. Chef Poon is an amazing chef as well as a person!

This was a great introductory course into making dim sum and rolling sushi! Chef Poon has fantastic energy and honestly being in his presence made the class worth it. He has fun teaching and makes the class very enjoyable all the while sharing personal stories, cooking tips, and other useful bits of information. The class was very hands on and we were flinging noodles and sushi rolls nearly the entire 3 hour session. I didn't know a thing about asian cooking and feel pretty confident I could easily roll my own sushi. The class wasn't super deep with information, so intermediate and advanced aspiring chefs may not find a wealth of information, but for the beginner chef, the class was a blast. I would definitely do another lesson here!

I enjoyed the healthy stir fry course put on by Chef Poon immensely. The training was hands-on and fun. Chef Poon is very enthusiastic and energetic. He required everyone in the class to try their hands at the wok cooking. He uses high energy and humor to make the class enjoyable. We ate what we created as a group which was a chance to talk to the other students. He served beer and wine with the lunch and gave everyone an autographed cookbook.

This class only lasted two hours and we only learned how to make sushi. I was disappointed not to learn more.
