Waitress was great and had a lot of fun. Only negative part, was when the buffet opened there wasn't any order to how you got your food.

Staff were friendly and attentive, the dj played a nice variety of music, the food was pretty good, and the tour was awesome. Peaceful and romantic. We will definitely plan another cruise again.

All staff was very welcoming and the food was great! Lunch was brought out very promptly and the boat is nice. My only complaint was that there was so much going on during the lunch with the DJ/games/trivia/dancing, that there wasn't really much time to sit back and relax and talk to my husband! There was almost too much activity...

I took my dad on the lunch cruise for fathers day. We had a great day. It was a great way to spend time together while being entertained and getting feed!

cruise was very nice. We felt it was a little disorganized at first. We had a hard time getting to the buffet because the tables were so close. Our waiter Dave was very good. Overall it was a nice relaxing day.

I purchased this trip for my boyfriend's birthday. I first had a lot of difficulty scheduling the experience because I wanted to schedule it on the same day as a different Philadelphia experience for convenience. That did not work, so I just decided to book the lunch cruise. It was a beautiful day thankfully. We had a great time, however I ended up paying extra because it was the brunch cruise. I was told it cost a little more due to the variety of food choices. I figured there would be lots of food however, I did not feel as though there was a huge variety. The cruise did seem a lot shorter than I thought it would be. It was supposed to be a 2 1/2 hour cruise. We left the dock at noon and reached the dock again before two. I guess how that is supposed to work, but it seemed short to me. It was still a good time, with the exception of a few minor problems.

I'm glad this was a gift and nothing I purchased. The cruise itself was very enjoyable the DJ Jerry was good. however, the music was little on the loud side it was very hard to have a conversation and we were sitting at a table for two. My husband & I would have enjoyed more appealing food other than chicken or salmon. We were served our drinks and did not receive a refill until dessert.

Although there was an engine problem, and the ship did not sail, my son and I still had a wonderful time. Our server was very nice and fun. Entertainment was great, and the food was delicious. Since the ship was not able to go out, free drinks were offered to guests, and we received a voucher to come back to enjoy another free lunch cruise. This offer made up for the ship not sailing the day we were there, and we are looking forward to going back and enjoying another day in beautiful Philadephia! Thank you!

My husband Larry and I had a very wonderful time on thie cruise. It was a gift for our 40th anniversary from our children. I would highly reccomend it to anyone. I hope we can return on our 50th! The whole crew was wonderful and the food was great too. We were treated like royalty! What a wonderful gift!!!

I was given this as a 50th Birthday present from our good friends. This was such a great experience. The server, Ebone was very personable. The dj, Jerry was very informative and put on a good show (which I got to be a part of). The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. I wish the cruise was longer!!!!!! We are already talking to friends to try to get a group together. Thanks for the memories!

The server and entertainment were wonderful. The food good. More variety would have been nice on food and dessert. Should have told us that when we arrived to board boat we needed to exchange or paperwork for ticket. We stood in line to board only to be told we had to get ticket. We stood in line for ticket and then had to stand in line again to board.

Overall, the cruise itself was very nice. The food was good, the entertainment was good, and the tour of the city on the water was really interesting. The service was just awful, though, and it really detracted from our experience. Our waitress forgot to tell us to go to the buffet (we had to ask when we saw our surrounding tables eating), forgot to give us our dessert (again, we had to ask for it), and served us a drink each initially, and nothing after that. I eventually asked the hostess for coffee close to the end of the cruise because our waitress was nowhere to be found. I would've rated the cruise a 5 had we gotten better service.

While the captain provided smooth sailing in a picturesque venue, the food and entertainment fell short in terms of being pleasurable. I would have enjoyed more appetizing food and certainly a much wider variety than chicken or salmon. Also, there was only one dessert. The servers sang, and for the most part they were horrible. There were three of them that sang and only one of them could actually sing, one didn't even know the words to the song and the other was simply unbearable. The tour guide tried to be funny, but no one seemed to get his jokes because of his faulty delivery. If those things were to be amended however, this would be a fantastic cruise.

My husband and I were given this cruise as an anniversary present. We were both born in the same hospital, 3 days apart, same nurse signed our birth certificates. We ve been married 38 years now. The cruise was wonderful, we were treated like VIPs. Food, entertainment, service, everything was great. One small suggestion that would help might be to relocate the salad bar buffet. Many elderly couldn't find plates (they were on the regular buffet table and they couldn't handle two plates at one time. If you put the salad bar first in front of the regular buffet, they could get that, take it to their table and come back. The back salad area was so congested and quite a problem. I had no trouble, but many did. Also, many elderly didn't know what was being served, so tags with the dish name on it would have helped. As I said, I had no problems, but I saw many have trouble figuring out what was being served and with the salad station. But I would go again and highly recomend this cruise. Your people were wonderful, having them serve drinks/dessert was perfect, thanks for a great day. My husband and I used to boat on the Delaware River many years ago and the cruise brought back great memories.
