During this two hour class, you will learn the foundations of aerial on both the fabric and low flying trapeze apparatus as you work on building the strength necessary to advance your aerial training. Throughout the class you will receive ground lessons as well as practice time with the aerial fabrics and on the low-flying trapeze. With each attempt, your Instructor will assist you with taking it to the next level by teaching you new tricks as you develop skills.
