Sit back, relax and experience the thrill of flying in a helicopter! You and your guest will tour Kansas City during this amazing 60 minute Scenic Helicopter Flight Tour. Departing from the Charles B Wheeler Downtown Airport, you’ll fly over Anchor City, as “KC” is commonly referred to and enjoy bird’s eye views of the beautiful landscapes of Missouri and Kansas.

Bring your camera and enjoy taking pictures or video of the gorgeous landscape below and possibly even your own home. All flight adventures take place onboard a state-of-the-art Robinson R44 Helicopter, maintained by factory-trained technicians, and flown by commercial helicopter pilots with over 4,000 hours of experience and many years of safety training.

Whether you are looking to gain a new perspective on this unique City, celebrate a special occasion or you simply want to ride in a helicopter, the memories from this aerial adventure are sure to last a lifetime!

Who
The Private Helicopter Tour Over Kansas City Xperience Certificate® is for two participants. This is a private experience for your and your guest(s).

Guests
You may invite one additional guest to join you for the experience for a total of three passengers. (The maximum combined total weight of the participants may not exceed 420lbs.)

When
The Private Helicopter Tour Over Kansas City Experience is offered seven days a week, year-round, subject to availability. Flights may be scheduled everyday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Duration
The Private Helicopter Tour Over Kansas City Experience has a flight time of 60 minutes and a total duration of approximately 1½ hours.

Weather
The Private Helicopter Tour Over Kansas City Experience may be cancelled by the Pilot due to high winds, heavy rain, fog or other inclement weather.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes are recommended for this aerial adventure.

Additional Information
Your flight will take place on a state of the art Robinson R44 which seats a Pilot and three passengers. You may bring a video or still camera on board the flight.

All pilots are accident and incident free and the Company has a 100% safety record. Pilots are trained beyond the rating they currently hold and most of them are Certified Flight Instructors as well as Commercial Helicopter Pilots.

All participants must have a valid photo ID (passport or driving license). The maximum weight of the participant may not exceed 220lbs with a maximum combined weight of 420lbs for all participants. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions, which are considered unsafe conditions, are not eligible to participate.

Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form.

Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations for the Private Helicopter Tour Over Kansas City Experience require seven (7) days advance notice.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
