Your private Hot Air Balloon Ride begins at sunrise or just a few hours before sunset, when you and your guest will assist the pilot with the Balloon's inflation process. Once the preparation is complete and the Pilot has heated the air inside the balloon until it becomes "lighter than air,” the air balloon will gracefully ascend into the sky, affording magnificent and breathtaking views.

Float silently above Nashville’s diverse array of trees and grasses, you may take a unique glimpse at the State’s indigenous wildlife in their natural habitat as you enjoy birds eye views of the Cumberland River and Centennial Park. Who
The Nashville Private Hot Air Balloon Ride Xperience Certificate® is for two participants. This is a private experience for you and your guest.

Guests
This experience is not suitable for guests. You may bring spectators to the launch location to watch as the Balloon takes-off.

When
The Nashville Hot Air Balloon Flight Experience is offered seven days a week year-round, subject to availability. Flights take place at Sunrise and Sunset. Sunrise and Sunset times will vary upon the time of year the flight is scheduled.

Duration
The Nashville Hot Air Balloon Flight Experience has a typical flight length of 1 hour and a total duration of approximately 3 hours.

Weather
The Nashville Hot Air Balloon Flight Experience may be cancelled by the Pilot due to high winds, heavy rain, fog or other inclement weather. If the Balloon Flight is cancelled by the Pilot, it will be rescheduled for a mutually convenient alternative date.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes and layers are recommended for this open air adventure.

Additional Information
Participation in the Hot Air Balloon Experience is limited to individuals weighing less than 220lbs and less than 6’5” tall. Participants must be able to stand for a minimum of 90 minutes, should be at least 8 years of age and also a minimum of 4’ tall. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered by the Pilot to be unsafe conditions are not eligible to participate.

Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form prior to flight. If the participant is under the age of 18 a parent or guardian will need to sign the form prior to participation.

Gratuity may be extended to your Pilot at your discretion following the flight.

Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations for the Nashville Hot Air Balloon Ride Experience require seven (7) days advance notice.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
