No single river experience anywhere in the world can be compared to Colorado's Arkansas River offering close to 100 miles of navigable water ranging from introductory floating to world class river rapids.

You and your guest will encounter seven major rapids and breathtaking views of one of Colorado's most beautiful areas. Enjoy spectacular vistas of Chaffee County's famous 14,000 ft. Collegiate Peaks, you may also see deer, bighorn sheep, and native water fowl. Experienced guides will take you through the narrow reaches of this secluded granite-walled canyon as you assist in navigating boulder-strewn waters, followed by calm pools, interspersed with frothing heart-pounding rapids! This is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the outdoors together and makes an excellent gift for any occasion.

Who
The Rafting Browns Canyon For Two Xperience Certificate® is for two participants. You will be joined by additional participants in the raft.

Guests
This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests.

When
The Rafting Browns Canyon Experience is offered seven days a week April to August, subject to availability. Half Day trips depart at 10:0AM & 2:00 PM. Full Day trips depart at 9:30 AM. Please arrive 45 minutes prior to departure time.

Duration
The Rafting Browns Canyon Experience includes a 10 mile trip and is approximately 3¾ hours in length, unless the Full Day Option is selected. The Full Day opion includes a 20 mile trip and has a total duration of approximately 6 hours.

Weather
The Rafting Browns Canyon Experience may be cancelled due to high winds, heavy rain or other inclement weather, and low water levels. All decisions to cancel, move, or postpone scheduled trips will be made by the Guide the day of the reservation.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, and bring a change of clothing. Recommended items include a water bottle, swimsuit, shorts, t-shirt, a fleece or jacket, outdoor sandals or non-slip sneakers, sunglasses or hat and sunscreen.

Additional Information
Your rafting experience will take place with a Professional Guide and includes all rafting gear, and life jackets.

Participants are advised to be well rested. Please avoid drinking alcohol 24 hours prior to the scheduled experience. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions such as heart or lung conditions, severe asthma, back problems, recent surgery, obesity or osteoporosis or any other condition which is considered unsafe are not eligible to participate. The recommended minimum age/size for participants is 8 years old and 50 pounds.

All Participants must check in 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form.

Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations for the Rafting Browns Canyon Experience require fourteen (14) days advance notice.

Any cancellations made to the Rafting Browns Canyon Experience are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
