The Redwood Off-Road Segway Tour Experience is offered seven days a week year-round, subject to availability. Tours are offered Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Saturdays from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM and Sundays from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM. |

DURATION
The Jack London Cityscape Segway Tour Experience has a tour length of 2 hours, a 15 minute instructional video, a 15 mintues lesson and a total experience time of approximately 2˝ hours. |

GUESTS
This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests. |
|
 |
WEATHER
The Redwood Off-Road Segway Tour Experience may be cancelled due to high winds, heavy rain, fog or other inclement weather. |
|
 |
WHAT TO WEAR
Dress comfortably, flat, rubber-soled shoes and layers are recommended for this open segway adventure. |

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Segway tours are suitable for participants over 14 years of age that are able to stand for a period of 3 hours.
Helmets are provided and must be worn at all times.
Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form. |

CANCELLATION POLICY
All changes to reservations for the Redwood Off-Road Segway Tour Experience require seven (7) days advance notice.
Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made. |
