The rafting trip includes navigating such rapids as Sunshine Falls, Sledgehammer and Boat Eater as you pass beneath the famous Royal Gorge Bridge which stands almost 1100 feet above the surface of the river. Who
The Royal Gorge Adventure Rafting For Two Xperience Certificate® is for two participants. You will be joined by additional participants in the raft.

Guests
This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests. You may invite up to 3 additional guests if an Adrenaline Raft Option is selected.

When
The Royal Gorge Adventure Rafting Experience is offered seven days a week April thru mid-September, subject to availability. Half Day trips depart at 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Full Day trips depart at 10:00 AM and Double Dip Trips depart at 9:00 AM. Please arrive 45 minutes prior to departure time.

Duration
The Royal Gorge Adventure Rafting Experienc includes a 10 mile trip and is approximately 3¾ hours in length, unless the Full Day or Double Dip Option is selected. The Full Day and Double Dip options include a 20 mile trip and have a total duration of approximately 6 hours.

Weather
The Royal Gorge Adventure Rafting Experience may be cancelled due to high winds, heavy rain or other inclement weather, and low water levels. All decisions to cancel, move, or postpone scheduled trips will be made by the Guide the day of the reservation.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, and bring a change of clothing. Recommended items include a water bottle, swimsuit, shorts, t-shirt, a fleece or jacket, outdoor sandals or non-slip sneakers, sunglasses or hat and sunscreen.

Additional Information
Your rafting experience will take place with a Professional Guide and includes all rafting gear, and life jackets.

Participants are advised to be well rested. Please avoid drinking alcohol 24 hours prior to the scheduled experience. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions such as heart or lung conditions, severe asthma, back problems, recent surgery, obesity or osteoporosis or any other condition which is considered unsafe are not eligible to participate.

The recommended minimun age for participants is 15-18 depending upon water conditions. All participants must be in good physical condition.

All Participants must check in 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form.

Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations for the Royal Gorge Adventure Rafting Experience require fourteen (14) days advance notice.

All cancellations for the Royal Gorge Adventure Rafting Experience are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
