The La Jolla Bike Tour starts off on Mt. Soledad, with breathtaking 360 degree views of San Diego. From Mt. Soledad you will begin the thrilling descent into Pacific Beach. You will stop at Crystal Pier before cruising down Pacific Beach's Boardwalk, checking out places like Mission Beach's rendition of the Green Flash before riding along the baywalk on Mission Bay. You will ride through the quaint back streets of La Jolla, watch surfers at Windansea's famous surf spot.  Ride to Children’s Pool for a close up view of the harbor seals and then on to La Jolla Cove and Clam's Cave. Finally, you will finish off this San Diego bike tour after you enter Sunny Jim's Cave via the historical Cave Store.

The Coronado Bike Tour starts off at The Ferry Landing on the east side of the island. You will stop at The Hotel Del Coronado before cruising down the coast. Marvel at the historic Coronado Bridge as you tour south state highway 75, and the North Island Air Station. Ride along the Silver Strand on your way back to the Ferry Landing, cruise along the Embarcadero and San Diego's port side of Sea Port Village, the Maratime, and the famous USS Midway.

After your bike tour, you will have a break to eat lunch, change, and relax before hitting the water. You will then kayak through sea caves of La Jolla and explore the breathtaking sea cliffs. Paddle to Sunny Jim's cave, Arch Cave, and the Clam's Cave. Catch the sea lions sunbathing nearby and the Garibaldi swimming below. During breeding season (June thru November), paddle over to the shallow waters to view the harmless leopard sharks! Finally, surf your kayak back to La Jolla Shores.
