For all those who have ever dreamed of flying, or wanted to give someone else the opportunity, you've found the perfect gift.

Introduce yourself or someone special to the art and science of flying. After a preflight briefing (learning the basics of what makes an airplane fly), you'll climb aboard a Varga VG-21s. A brief cockpit orientation follows, and then you take to the skies. No pilot's license or previous experience is necessary. Your assigned pilot will be in the front cockpit, and you will be in the back cockpit. Once in the air learn how to maneuver the aircraft through turns, climbs, glides and more. You then fly the aircraft back to the airport for a landing.

This experience is not suitable for guests.

When
The San Diego Cadet Flight Experience is offered Tuesday through Sunday, subject to availability. Flights are offered from 11:00 AM until Sunset.

Duration
The San Diego Cadet Flight Experience has a flight time of 30 minutes and a total duration of approximately 1 hour, unless an extended flight time option is added.

Weather
The San Diego Cadet Flight Experience may be cancelled by the Pilot due to high winds, heavy rain, fog or other inclement weather.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes and layers are recommended for this aerial adventure.

Additional Information
Participation in the San Diego Cadet Flight Experience is limited to individuals weighing less than 230lbs with a maximum height of 6'3. Participants must be over the age of 10 years old. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered unsafe conditions are not eligible to participate.

Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form.

Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations for the San Diego Cadet Flight Experience require seven (7) days advance notice.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
